I’ve been working as a Sports & Remedial Therapist since October 2004 and in addition completed my Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Sports Therapy with the Active Health Group in July 2005. I’m also a qualified Personal Trainer and Circuit Instructor and my passion is helping clients to regain their Fitness and Health. All Personal Training is based on Body Weight Training and Compound Moves to enhance mobility, flexibility and functionality, regardless of age and fitness levels. Throughout our training sessions, we keep an eye on your development by measuring decreased body fat and increased muscle tone.
My Sports Massage approach is based on the Maintenance Massage, including MyoFascial Release, Muscle Stripping, Proprioceptive Muscular Facilitation, Active Isolated Stretching, Drainage, Relaxation & Breathing techniques.
The Pain/Pleasure touch approach allows us to work deeper and slower in areas that are in need of more attention, bearing in mind that healthy tissue doesn’t hurt.
Personal Training & Sports Massage are suitable for each and everyone and your results of regular training & massages will elicit balance, well-being, increased functionally, concentration and better sleep.
I’m registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals UK R0124735 and first aid qualified.
